Partial TB Rewards - Cancelled TB

Platform:Android
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? Moto G Phone

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I only received partial rewards from the cancelled TB.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
Connection Type Wifi
Please select your region North America
Country USA

 I got the Get currency and Reva shards from successful guild member SMs completions, but I never received the gear, crystals, or GET currency from the achieved star count. I talked to fellow guild members and they said that they got full rewards and it was all in the same inbox message.

    The rewards are intended. They were calculated based on the results of your account in the previous TB.

    What do you mean "intended"? I got those rewards in the TB prior to the cancelled one, and I did not receive the remainder of my earned rewards for the cancelled TB. Prior to the botched TB, my guild and I earned the 31* rewards, and I have not received any of the gear, GET currency, or crystals from the star count that WE achieved (despite my guild mates receiving these items in their inbox)

    Are you Obi Wan? Your response reads like an attempted Jedi mind trick. It's not working. You can't just say there is no issue when there clearly is an issue.

    It's also more than a little dodgy that your claim has been marked as the "accepted answer" when the OP clearly, and rightly, doesn't accept it.
