Payed but not recieved

I have bought some goods from your store including a bundle of cores to lvl my Era characters. Recieved all in game except my Cores.. Went to store again beaucause i starting to think maybe i forget to buy cores so i biy again bundle of 300 Core. Didnt recieve ingame. So i checked again ,just to find first time i did not forget either,just didnt recieve them. So i didnt recieve 2 bundles of 300 purple core. And payed for them. And i only need 300 in total to be honest cause 2nd buy was a mistake altogether beaucause yourre service malfuntioned first time..  please look into and fix before era is over. Thank you
