PC Client Store

Everytime I try to buy something in the ingame store I get stuck on the loading circle once I click the green buy button in the lower right corner (when looking at a pack). After that I have to close the client and start it again, because it can resolve the loading circle issue and I never get a timeout or error message.

My EA Account has a payment method connected, but so far I never managed to get past the loading circle on the PC Client.
Buying on the phone or the webstore works fine, only problem is the mentioned PC Client.
