Pending LSB

I purchased two Light Speed Bundles using paypal in the web store. The first one, Tuskens, went through right away. The second one, Jawas, gave me a really long loading symbol and then said it was pending. 
The pack/bundle is no longer in my phone or web store. In my EA purchase history it shows twice as pending. 
There is no charge for this amount showing in my paypal account.

This has happened before and I never got the bundle. Can someone at EA keep trying to run the charge until it goes through? I would like my bundle.
