Perma loading bug on the pc client

Perma loading bug on the pc client where it is stuck on the "checking for updates" when opening the game. i have already reinstalled it and repair it and still doesnt work

    SO HERE IS HOW YOU ACTUALLY FIX THE PROBLEM:
    AFTER UNINSTALLING THE GAME ON PC GO TO THIS FOLDER 
    AND DELETE IT FROM EXISTANCE
    REINSTALL THE GAME
    AND BY THE FORCE IT SIMPLY WORKS NOW

    PLS CG, MAKE IT SO THAT IF YOU UNINSTALL THE GAME, IT DELETES ALL THE FILES FROM THE PC 
    sry for the CAPS but its been irritating to try and fix this issue
