EA Staff (Retired)@Bl4ckDe4th88 Thanks for the reply. We checked your account and it looks like some of the assets did not download on your device. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do on our side to fix this for you. I'd recommend trying to reinstall the game using a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection, launch it, then leave it in the home screen for around an hour to fully download all the assets uninterrupted. Also make sure that you don't have any other apps running in the background. Let us know if this fixes the issue for you.
I reset my phone completely. That seems to have helped.
