During the places of power assault battle, using the event ability 'dark gambit' on a unit (in this case Sion) defeated the unit, however the game did not seem to accurately see the defeat, with opposing characters still targeting the 'empty' slot. After a few more turns the game essentially froze, although character idle animations continued, with no abilities available to choose, and the gear icon in the top left still greyed out, requiring a force-quit of the app to end the battle.
Hi again. We've checked the logs but were unable to find something related. Most likely a lost connection was responsible for the temporary hiccup. We verified that you were able to complete all 3 Tiers of the event today, so hopefully all good.
