Unfortunately not. Each stack of plague is on an individual counter, and new stacks can't be evaded (dodged) but can be resisted (by an enemy with tenacity up/high tenacity for example).
For example, you could have 2 stacks of plague on an enemy, one with 2 turns left, one with 1 turn left. If a nightsister ally uses a special on an enemy there are two possible outcomes:
1) Plague sticks. Enemy now has three stacks of plague, one with a 3 turn expiry, one with a 2 turn expiry, and one with a 1 turn expiry.
2) Plague is resisted. Plague stacks stay the same as before the attack.
Keep an eye on it, and if you manage to get a video it will help.
