When we attempt to reproduce this, Plo Koon's special "Wings of the Republic" is dispelling Buzz Droids from the selected unit as expected. What ships are you selecting?

This happened to me today. JKA’s ship still had 3 buzz droids after Plo was called in as a reinforcement (all his abilities are maxed).

Edit: I wouldn’t be surprised if this is related to the TM overflow and ships are actually accumulating more than 3 buzz droids now as a result of some shared variable.
