Possible Ban Bug

Take a screenshot and describe the game bug. Then it will be fixed in an update.

I was just banned logging in and doing the coliseum, toons lvl 30 on tier 4 getting instant wiped and game crash trying to log back in and it says I was banned for cheating, if this isn’t fixed soon, it’ll be the last straw for this game

I'm one of the affected by this bug. And this is what happenned : 

 After upgrading Choda to level 30 (while having luke and Ig at level 29), I cleared tier 3 of the coliseum. So after that, I gave tier 4 a shot and the only damage I managed to deal was a counter-attack by IG. 

That's to be expected for my character level. But then, I got the pop-up that you can see in the screenshot, I got banned for supposedly cheating in the coliseum...

And as far as I can tell, there are a few people banned in the exact same scenario

You should post this in bug reports, or someone who has specifically experienced this should

I have the same issue, coming after completing tier 2… maybe the system can’t handle a rank with 0 points on the new tier…

I was also banned recently. Ally code : 564233828

The appeal system seems to not work at all, I doubt human beings are used for it from my experience 

Everyday for nine years! This is my first 24 hours without my swgoh fix. Maybe this is a good thing… 

This happened to me. I submitted a ticket 2 days ago.

I just tried to log on and still was getting the banned message then I went to ea website and downloaded my kessel run bonus from ea website. It said items were added to my inventory. I then tried to login and was able too. I don’t know if the two actions are related or just random timing.
