Potential Login Issues 01/24/2020

What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? Any

Hi folks,

We are aware of a possible issue that is causing some player to not be able to login in the game. We are going to investigate through the weekend to get this resolved as soon as possible. At this time, it does not seem to be affecting large number of players but if you are experiencing this issue, please post the following:

  • Device Information (Make, Model, etc)
  • Device Firmware Version
  • Your Ally Code (NOT PlayerID please)
  • Are you experiencing this issue on multiple devices?

    No, the game only crashes on this iPhone,

    Most everyone who is experiencing this problem was because they uninstalled and reinstalled the app

    • Are you experiencing this issue on multiple devices?  I only have one device.

    Been experiencing the issue all day, uninstalling/reinstalling does not resolve.

    iPhone 11 Pro

    This happened to me on my iPhone when Resistance Hero Finn came out. Got a crash while trying to buy the pack, tried reinstalling and have been locked out ever since.

    I do have an iPad (7th generation) so I have been able to play on that until this morning when the same thing happened trying to buy a pack. I also deleted and reinstalled the app on my iPad and got locked out. I completely erased my iPad (twice) and was finally able to log in.

    Isolated on my phone only. Wife came home and I was able to install the game and log in.

    If it helps; I went to buy the $20 galactic bounties pack. Got error code 60.0. Support said reinstall game. Now it won’t load just crashes.

    only problems with iPhone however I did not uninstall and reinstall the app on my iPad like I did on the iPhone.
