Price Increase

Over the last few months I have noticed a significant increase to the cost of packs, crystals and gear. I'm not exactly sure why. 

For example the 15k crystal is $99 USD. For me it was around $160. Conversion rate.. Now the cost for that particular pack is $200 for me and still $99 usd.

The conversion rate is still around $160. Am I missing somthing here.. I'm in android, and no one else I've talked to has received a price rise.
