Problem with 9.0 error

Hi, I’ve been playing  SWGOH for years. Some time ago, I took a break and switched my phone from Android to an iPhone 13. After this change, I can’t connect my account to the new device. I found my ally code and ID, and when I try to link them in the game, I get error 9.0 and then game want to restart. After the restart, nothing changes. I’ve contacted EA Support, but so far, there’s been no resolution. This is my favorite game I’ve spent countless hours on it and if I can’t recover my account, starting over feels pointless…  my ally code: 367 237 792  
please help :(
