Problem with BB LSB

Recently I bought the BB LSB, they charged my credit card and all, I even received the mail with the success message and when I go to my game to see my new units I find the surprise I didn’t received the units and they gave me 4324 crystals instead, pls CG fix the issue I need that conquest feature “win 20 battles with a full team of BB” done and I’m losing time, I want the units I don’t care the crystals.

    You can’t give me that mediocre answer, the BB LSB at the webstore wasn’t giftable, what do I have to understand from this response, that I lost 30 usd for an error born from this system? If you don’t give me the units from the LSB I want the refund now
