Problem with ls bundles?

So I got the ugnaught bundle and it didn’t give me anything (thought I was just missing something), so I got the Ewok scout bundle…. And it gave me ugnaught but not scout. Paid for both but only got one.

Same position for both my account amd my partners except no ugnaught for either of us. So following this. May have to file a report of our own
