Problem with relics
I have a scout trooper character and I upgraded him to Relic 1 with a lightspeed token. Now I have him at Relic 4. Right now I can't upgrade him because requires tier 13 in the message. 588-459-846

You need to get her to 7 stars to move beyond Relic 4.
