Problem with Smuggler Lightspeed Token

purchased the relic 5, ability 7 smuggler lightspeed token and used it to upgrade Zorii - it upgraded the character to r5, but the abilities didnt all upgrade to level 7. her unique ability "There's More of Us" is still at level 6. did I misread something or is that not right?
