Sorry but it’s doubtful the AI customer service will be able to help you. It stinks but this is just how CG and EA operate. Their greed and fraudulent behavior is very well documented.
Your best course of action would be to contact Apple, report CG for fraud, and request a refund. Remember, you are Apples customer, not CG’s. CG and EA want you to believe you cannot get refunded. But you can through Apple. This is why it is important to never make purchases through the Webstore (it’s also why CG promotes the webstore so heavily) until EA and CG learn to behave ethically.
Mark my words, when the video game industry crashes again, history will point its finger at companies like this as the cause.
