Problems with payment

Apple Pay doesn't work on the website. If I try to enter a card in the appropriate fields, it allows me to pay 1-2 times, but then the payments get stuck for 2-3 days. A new era has been released in the game, and I need to purchase an episode pass to level up my new characters, but I can't pay because the payments keep getting stuck. The game constantly displays a message indicating that the previous transaction is being processed. Other stores and websites (not related to the game) are working properly, and payments are being processed. However, I am experiencing issues with the game's website and the app itself. My bank's app shows that all payments have been processed. My code is 542-397-987
