Hi @05bxyqidfg1r, and thank you for the report.

This error message can appear when your game client is out of sync with the server and is usually fixed by a game restart. Unfortunately, after checking our logs, I don't see any attempts at the Profundity Bonus Tier, and therefore, I can't refund you the crystals used. Sorry!

That can't be-- I fought the bonus tier a few dozen times. I only won twice because it was so difficult. The picture I posted was the actual error I received after 'winning' the bonus tier event.
