Profundity bug

Profundity’s basic ability “No turning back now” at level 8 is supposed to increase download progress by 10%.  It does not.  It used to, I was using it and it was working as recently as several weeks ago.  Others have posted about having the same problem.  I have yet to hear anything regarding a solution.  I would appreciate a response from CG.  There are no relevant tags so I’m selecting user interface.  What’s the purpose of forcing the use of a tag when every aspect of your entire game is riddled with bugs and problems but you offer so few tags?
