Profundity's basic not granting download progress

It seems the Profundity's basic attack is not granting download progress. It should be increasing 10% if target ally is a rebel. That is making it almost impossible to beat the Leviathan even with a...

Took this screenshot right after using Profundity's basic first turn as a test. As you can see, zero Download Progress. Should be 10%.

How to get Undermine reward

Cannot receive Undermine Progress for character quests
As the title would suggest...I can't receive any progress for this character feat. Testing software before release is lame, I agree. Nevertheless, maybe you can do something about this or something...
