Proving grounds and GAC GAME CRASH

In GRAND ARENA a few days ago my game crashed mid game which made me lose the round but I thought nothing of it until today in proving grounds where I was able to play all battles without my game crashing apart from the MAUL SHARDS PROVING GROUNDS battle. I’ve seen other comments of peoples game crashing not sure if it’s exactly the same issue for everyone but please fix whatever is going on because it’s affecting people’s progression in the game. It wouldn’t be right for a lot of us to have to wait a whole month again just to get the conquest character we wanted because of a bug. Please fix it or at least provide compensation if this is an issue which cannot be fixed in time.
