Punishing one CD

For some reason when I put my executor against profundity the cooldown on punishing one’s death mark doesn’t go down when they do the mass assist. Is it a glitch or is it supposed to be like that?

Profundity is basically a hard counter to executor, the main lifter is the rouge one, in its kit it stops cooldown reductions on the death mark ability so when they assist it doesnt make the cooldown decrease. Key thing is that it only works when the lead capital ship is empire, so if you don't have an empire capital ship then the rouge ones kit basically is useless.

Do they have rogue one active or as a reinforcement? That stops cooldown manipulation.
