Purchase issue

Hi,

I bought the Kyber Lightspeed Token from the store. Did so in-game. The issue is that I never got my Lightspeed Token.

I purchased the token from the PC App. I did so this afternoon so it's been a while.

I usually get everything right away. Haven't got anything yet ...
