Purchase LSB and not showing in game

Hey there, purchased the Separatist commander and Razor crest LSBs and the Razor Crest didn’t go to my game. What should I do? It charged me for it and I got the email confirmation.

Issue Description: In Sector 2 of Conquest, enemies stop taking damage once their health is reduced to three bars. At that point, they become immune and cannot be defeated.
