Purchase not received, EA Help not helping
Let me start by saying I have been going back and forth with EA Help in game and they have been remarkably unhelpful, otherwise I wouldn’t be posting here. Please don’t respond with something telling me to go through EA Help, as I’ve tried that and gotten nowhere.
I purchased the Fury Class Interceptor bundle via the webstore and never received it. I have tried every troubleshoot provided by EA Help to no avail. I have Malgus at 7* R7 so I know that is not the issue. I will gladly provide all proof of purchase and proof I did not receive the bundle, but I am tired of going back and forth with EA Help only to get nowhere. If someone from Capital Games could please reach out to me directly and help get this figured out, I would really appreciate it. I am really frustrated at the whole situation and looking for a timely resolution. Please help me fix this situation so I can get back to playing and farming. Thank you.
