Purchased CUP LSB from the Web store via PayPal, never received Relic 9 CUP.

Good morning, 

I've been seeing numerous posts regarding the CUP bundle not going through, and unfortunately the same applies to me. 

My purchase still says "pending" despite having bought the LSB yesterday afternoon, any help would be appreciated.
