I can see that instead of the Grand Inquisitor Light Speed Bundle that you bought, you received Crystals. Don't worry as I'll look into it.
Our team is already aware of this issue and is currently investigating and looking for a fix as we wish to provide you the best gameplay experience.
I'm going to have to close this ticket and we'll release a notice once we get the fix for this. We don't have a fixed timeframe yet for the resolution but rest assured we'll be looking into it. For now, we ask for your patience and understanding as we do our best to fix this.
