Purchased Hyperdrive bundle and didn't recieve anything

There was a bundle in store that cost 12k in crystals for GL ahsoka. I purchased it and got nothing. The bundle is not anywhere to be found either. Customer help is a joke, how do I get my $$$ back? Ally code: 869399787
