Purchased JV ascension not granted (time critical)

I just purchased the Jedi vanguard ascension, but sessions had terminated inbetween purchase and game granting content. Leaving the transaction to succeed without anything granted. This was on iOS device.

have attempted restore purchase. Nothing happened. Ea support via app will take too long to answer and really void the use of the purchase. To get to next tier of ongoing character quest….
