Purchased Lightspeed Bundle Missing

Yesterday on 6/8/26 I purchased the R2D2 Lightspeed Bundle 2. However, the bundle never made it to my account and I have not received credit on the webstore for the purchase. I did receive emil confirming the purchase nearly immediately after purchasing.

3 days later I have still not heard from anyone on this. The help button in game is equally worthless, the automated responses go nowhere and do not result in any actual help.
