Purchased Lord Vader Lightspeed Bundle but credited with crystals only

I purchased a Lord Vader LSB yesterday, but ingame i got a message of an error and i get instead only crystals. That is not acceptable for me. Please solve this issue. Thanks. Ally Code 643-376-471
