The issue still persists:
After the purchase failed, the status is now for several days:
The LSB does not show in the shop, not on PC client, Webstore or in the mobile app. When someone tries to gift it to me, it says I am not eligible.
Logging in and out, restoring purchase in the App etc. does not resolve the issue.
I would really like to purchase the LSB once it is made available in the shop again or to be able to get it gifted (I am trying from an alt in the same guild and help of guild mates).
