Restoring the purchases may help it to show up. Could you give these steps a try please?
If restoring purchases doesn't help it to appear please get in touch with the EA Help support team by sending in an in-game help ticket. In order for the agents to locate your account they will need your Ally code and proof of the purchase so it'd be best to have those details handy

Hi! Thanks for the hint. However I’ve already done both solutions that hour propose and got no solutions.
I’ve not received the mail from the ticket neither restored with the purchase
any other way to contact them to solve the issue?

yes I’ve done both of the options you mention.
Tried restoring the purchase and did not work. I’ve tried as well sending the ticket with the proof of payment and still waiting a response since 2nd may.
I would much appreciate support
