Summarize your bug I recently got the large galactic enhancement kit using Google points which is supposed to have energy. I did it for double drops and when I went in game, there was no energy. I would like my points back if I can't get the energy in time to use for double drops. thank you. I have screen shots if needed

I got the pack using google play store points during double drops specifically for the energy and that is what was missing from the pack. I have purchased the pack before no problem but this time it had no energy right when I needed it most.
I started a ticket for this and screenshots were given, explanations, additional information, and a pic of the transaction itself. Then an email was "sent" with a code that never came in spam or my inbox and when I asked who it was from specifically, I get another template message sending me here. All I want is either my points back or crystals to make up for the inconvenience of lost energy during a critical time during double drops. I am not sure why this is so complicated.
@MunichFartPolice Perhaps I wasn't clear.
Two years ago, there was a pack called the Galactic EHANCEMENT Kit in the Google play rewards store which contained a little bit of energy and some gear. This was replaced with the Galactic ADVANCEMENT Kit (note the different name), which does not contain energy, and which you received.
Neither are the same thing as the Galactic EHANCEMENT Kit which you see in the in-game store.
