Purchased Queen Amidala Lsb but received only crystals

Hi, 

I purchased yesterday the Queen Amidala Lsb but only received a message in game "there was an issue processing your purchase" and 5847 crystals was "credited to your account as best we could". I don't need more crystals, but do want the Queen Amidala character. Please let me know what happened. 

I tried to restore purchase but no luck.
