Purchased the two Revan LSBs, only recieved one.

I purchased the Darth Revan and Jedi Knight Revan LSBs, received the Darth Revan LSB but zero trace of the other. Restore Purchase option did not work and In Game support also not helpful. 1 out of every 5 transactions on average are failing like this, this is very disappointing to those willing to pay money for a F2P game. Please help fix and compensate!!
