Purchases Error with some characters

Summarize your bug Purchased a few cargo packs, But some characters weren't affected (Rey Scavenger not Correct Relic Level, Rey Jedi Training not upgraded from Purple, BB-8 not correct relic level & Raddus Capital Ship not unlocked

So I bought some cargo packs from the store since I felt like splurging a little, I got the pack that's meant to unlock the Raddus, And the one that allows me to immediately start progressing towards Starkiller & Galactic Legend Rey (And two more I can't remember which but im pretty sure it was the other two packs that upgrade my First Order Units & Resistence units
So, For the issue, purchasing the pack didn't unlock the Raddus Capital Ship for me, It also didn't set Rey & BB-8 to the Relic level that's required for the progress to begin for Galactic Legend Rey (Pretty sure the pack said that you would be able to progress by purchasing the pack) - So both of them aren't the Relic level to start
And the last character, Jedi Training Rey wasn't affected either, Her gear level is still in the purple tier
Also with this purchase, It appears to have affected the journey for (Light side raven I think) whenever I load it up the enemy boss is able to destroy everyone including the Relic 5 character despite it being a requirement of only 7000 Power, Not sure if that's purposeful but its a massive block for me to work on getting Raven after unlocking GAS for the past few months
