QGJ Omi lead gets revived?!?

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:Android Phone
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? Pixel 4 XL
OS Version 13.X.X
Ally Code: (Find it here: http://bit.ly/AllyCode ) 276-712-985
What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Summarize your bug I was playing GAC against a Qui-Gon Jinn lead team, with the omicron applied to his leadership ability. After killing him, Jolee Bindo was able to revive him even though his leadership kit states specifically that he can't be revived.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Run a test with QGJ omi lead, Jolee, and Aayla Secura in 3c GAC on defense and attack them with something that's not going to INSTANTLY wreck them...like say Barriss lead, Mace Windu, and Ezra Bridger. Kill of QGJ and let Jolee try to revive him.

I was playing GAC against a Qui-Gon Jinn lead team, with the omicron applied to his leadership ability. After killing him, Jolee Bindo was able to revive him even though his leadership kit states specifically that he can't be revived.  How is this possible unless the code for his leadership isn't active in 3V GAC...which it should be...

  • @Obujuwami GAC History shows you used a GL.
GLs disable most of the QGJ Omicron, which is why he was able to be revived.

You could have killed the other 2 Jedi first.

  • We attempted to replicate your report on our site but were unable to find any issues.

  • @EA_Gunner Did you try to replicate it in the ideal test environment, or do you have actual replicatable environments that are more similar to actual use? EG. Do you have phones, or emulators, that have actual in game accounts, or do is this all in your ideal test environment?

I ask as I have run into this issue twice now, only in this GAC, and want to make sure that it's not some random happenstance that just occurred.

Two of the people in your bracket don't have the omicron on QG. Who were you fighting?

  • @crzydroid Mohnopop, ID 244-685-238. According to swgoh.gg, he has the omi applied and my GAC history shows that he had the omi applied at the time.
  • @crzydroid Doing my best not to dox the guy, but here is a screen shot of his QGJ according to swgoh.gg.

  • @EA_Gunner Given I have just posted the QGJ in question, and can produce the swgoh.gg logs showing that this happened, how would you like to proceed in resolving the bug?

@EnigmaPotatoes That I can accept. I forgot about that...but then why were the Jedi hitting like they were getting the offense boost?

I can't speak to Jedi hitting like the omicron is active without seeing a video... that's a fairly subjective statement. They do get SOME offense from QG lead without the omicron, and furthermore it looks like you were taking g12 characters against g13s. Your Assassin in particular is fairly squishy with very little defense. I didn't carry out the full math, but I estimate that Aayla hitting with her special could maybe do close to 40% of your assassin's total health and protection. That's not counting any offense up she might have gotten from QG removing a buff. QG's assist move also gives the ally 75% more offense.

In your second battle, QG wasn't dead and therefore the omicron was active, so in that battle they were hitting harder.

@crzydroid It wouldn't have surprised me if part of the Omicron still functioned against GLs.

I had a quick look at the mechanics though, it does look like it would skip the entire Omicron by adding a GL.

Without a video, it's hard to say otherwise.
