Queen amidala bundle

A few hours ago I brought the queen amidala bundle and I received an error message on top of crystals instead of the ls character bundle I purchased. My Ally code is 984-288-244

Any updates on your end? My ticket ended with them telling me it was being investigated and nothing has been done yet.
