I purchased the bundle but no r2 upgrade? Other characters were fine.

R2 is not part of the bundle. You received 5 characters that help you to unlock R2 from the journey guide.
Always read before you purchase anything, particularly with real world money. This one clearly didn’t give you R2. Other purchases only give one/some of the displayed items, or odds heavily skewed in one direction.
