R2D2 LIGHTSPEED BUNDLE (not received)

Hello, my Ally Code is 215-449-746. I purchased the R2D2 LIGHTSPEED BUNDLE

When i purchased the package i received crystals instead of my purchase and received a message “There was an issue processing your payment. We have credited your account as best as we could”.  This is not what i purchased I would like what was advertised or please may you refund me.

The purchase is confirmed on my email.
