Raddus light speed bundle missing

I purchased two new lightspeed token(tank/empire) and the new raddus lightspeed bundle on oct 15th and all transactions went through. However i only recieved the two lightspeed tokens but didn’t receive any character upgrade of the light speed bundle.As shown in the attached photo my bossk and asoka are still at relic 5(original relic before purchase) but not 7

 I’ve tried the purchase restore button but it didn’t do anything and I’ve tried the ea help system. It told me to wait for 24 hours after purchase. However i still didn’t receive anything after a day. I tried to create a ticket for my situation but there’s no reply after a whole day.

Does anyone know what can i do or contact for this situation?I will attach proof of my transaction below.
