Raid launch issue, hoping EA can help

Meathead, just reaching to you as community manager hoping you know someone who can help. Speeder bike raid launched for our guild and looking through chat history and checking with all our officers there’s no chance anyone launched it. It seems to have done by itself. This will cost the whole guild a week of mk3 currency (everyone always needs relic mats!) as we always get that first crate with it on the Naboo raid. I have also contacted EA help in game but I am hoping at worst someone can just kill the speeder bike raid and reimburse us the raid tickets so we can compete and run the Naboo raid as we always would have.
