Full ignorance. I'm sick how many times I addressed this issue. EA wants your money, not to fix your problems. I paid very very little in game. Few bucks for crystals. And Im so happy about this.
Imagine i got a google gift card and I spent it spreading LINE themes to friends but not a single cent to EA. They dont deserve my money.
