Rancor raid ends automatically

Hi! Can someone help us finding out why the raid always ends like this? (see short (28s) video)The only person earning anything is the guilt leader, everyone else in the guild earns 0 raid points and...

If I remember correctly. The Rancor Raid is lunch and everyone starts attacking. I'm about 20 minutes or less, it's done. If you have some heavy hitters players, they will get it done. I don't know if everyone get the max crate. Do you get a create with no attack points in the Rancor?
1st we use to have the lunch at the time almost everyone can attack. Or we ask some no to attack for the first 10 minutes (or more) so the low hitters get some pints.
I haven't done the Rancor is about 3 years...

so do I understand that right, only one person can actually battle the rancor and once it’s defeated that’s it? (A little weird for a guilt event..) so we have to take turns?

“or talk to your guild mates for an even attack?” (Could you elaborate on that? (Please))
