Hi @wapitipoker2 and sorry to hear that.

We've had a look at our logs and it appears that you've lost connection to the server during the match, resulting in the server not correctly recording it.

    Thank you. I swapped apps to discord while waiting for the match to timeout. I was on my solid home wifi connection so it shouldn’t have disconnected.
