Sorry if I wasn't clear enough, what I meant is for you to provide the information requested by and to our support on the case you've opened with them. The case is being handled by them, not by us.

Typically, the calls were about securing my account, they told me my account was secured and then to contact Google Play. Google Play tells me to talk to EA.
In the first call, they helped me reset my award times because of the time difference between where I am and where the other person was accessing my account.
