- @PrDoughboy the only official way to get help is the EA Help.
For an unofficial approach see DM. But best to try the official one first That's unfortunate. They seem to work between 345 and 415 am and one reply per day.
- @PrDoughboy have you tryed the live chat support?
ingame -> settings -> help
if you dont get a live chat then set your phones language to english.restart the game.. and try again That's what in game help is but it's not "live" as they are only there for a certain period of time
After 2 days of waiting, this is their response and they closed the ticket! This is why I came here
